A professional-grade portable lithium dual-miter saw, designed to address the pain points of traditional miter saws—such as large size, poor portability, and complex operation. The design originates from on-site research with more than ten workshops and users, aiming to deliver a lightweight, easy-to-carry, multifunctional, and highly efficient electric cutting tool. It is suitable for diverse scenarios including renovation and woodworking, enhancing both work efficiency and user experience. The machine adopts lightweight, high-strength materials to effectively reduce weight. Its core innovation lies in the gear-driven cutting mode switching system, integrating both table-cut and miter-cut functions. Laser-assisted cutting improves precision, while a foldable structure enables quick tool-free storage, balancing portability and ease of use for outdoor construction and mobile operations. The structural design emphasizes user safety with rounded corners to minimize exposed sharp edges, laser guidance to reduce errors and repetitive adjustments, a lightweight body for one-handed handling to ease labor intensity, and low-noise operation to create a quieter work environment—reflecting care for user health and comfort. The product features a clean, modern aesthetic, avoiding the rugged appearance of traditional tools. Clear color zoning strengthens functional guidance, while its compact structure and well-balanced proportions highlight visual harmony. Precision machining and integrated molding technology enhance overall texture, professionalism, and brand recognition while boosting aesthetic appeal. Through its foldable design, the saw achieves a 35% reduction in volume, effectively lowering packaging and transportation costs. The use of high-strength, recyclable materials extends product lifespan; the replaceable battery module reduces electronic waste; and overall structural optimization minimizes resource consumption—embodying eco-friendly and sustainable principles.

 

一款专业级便携式锂电双斜切锯,针对传统斜切锯体积大、不便携、操作复杂等痛点进行优化。设计源于对十余家工坊与用户的实地调研,旨在提供一款轻量化、易携带、多功能、高效率的电动切割工具,适用于装修、木作等多种场景,提升作业效率与使用体验。整机采用轻质高强度材料,有效减重;核心创新在于齿轮驱动切割模式切换,实现台切与斜切功能合一;激光辅助切割提升精准度;折叠结构实现无工具快速收纳,兼顾便携性与操作便利,适应户外施工、移动作业等多元应用场景。结构设计注重用户安全,采用圆角处理,减少裸露锋利部位;激光导向减少误差与重复调整;轻量化机身便于单手搬运,降低劳动强度;低噪运行带来更安静的工作环境,体现对用户健康与操作舒适度的关注。产品外观简洁现代,摒弃传统工具的粗犷感;色彩分区清晰,强化功能引导;结构紧凑、比例协调,展现形式美;采用精密加工工艺与一体化成型技术,提升整体质感与专业性,增强品牌识别度与美学吸引力。通过折叠设计实现体积缩小约35%,有效减少包装与运输成本;选用高强度、可回收材料,延长产品生命周期;电池模组可更换维护,降低电子废弃物产生;整体结构优化降低资源浪费,体现环保与可持续理念。
