This product is an innovative integrated mobile energy storage device on the roof, featuring a three-module structure of "fixed middle plate + double-sided telescopic wing plate". The system is equipped with a built-in lithium iron phosphate battery pack and a high-performance MPPT controller, supporting intelligent charge and discharge management that prioritizes solar energy. The core innovation lies in its extendable solar wing panel system: when the vehicle is parked, the two side wing panels can be electrically expanded, increasing the photovoltaic receiving area to 2.5 times the basic state, while forming an effective shading surface, achieving the integration of power generation and shading functions. When in motion, the fenders are fully retracted, maintaining a low wind resistance profile that conforms to aerodynamics. This system has built an independent on-board microgrid, providing multi-specification DC interfaces, which is perfectly adapted to off-grid power consumption scenarios such as outdoor work and long-distance travel. Through the ingenious design of mechanical structure, the contradiction between the limited roof area and the high energy collection efficiency has been resolved, achieving the maximization of space utilization and functional integration.

 

本产品是一款创新型车顶集成移动储能装置,采用"固定中板+双侧伸缩翼板"的三模块结构。系统内置磷酸铁锂电池组与高性能MPPT控制器,支持太阳能优先的智能充放电管理。 核心创新在于其可伸缩太阳能翼板系统:车辆驻停时,两侧翼板可电动展开,使光伏接收面积提升至基础状态的2.5倍,同时形成有效遮阳面,实现发电与遮阳的功能集成。行驶状态下翼板完全收回,保持符合空气动力学的低风阻轮廓。 该系统构建了独立的车载微电网,提供多规格直流接口,完美适配户外工作、长途旅行等离网用电场景。通过机械结构的巧秒设计,解决了有限车顶面积与高能量收集效率间的矛盾,实现了空间利用与功能复合的最大化。
