The GEO-NAV Pipeline Intelligence System represents a paradigm shift from traditional single-robot operations, introducing a heterogeneous dual-robot solution. The system is composed of two synergistic robotic platforms with tightly integrated functions. The reconnaissance robot, RECON, specializes in entering pipelines to perform 3D mapping and non-destructive diagnostics, generating high-precision health reports. Subsequently, the operations robot, MODEX, executes precise physical intervention by rapidly reconfiguring its modular, heavy-duty front-end tools based on the diagnostic data. By strategically decoupling precision sensing from heavy-duty operation in both function and hardware, the GEO-NAV system establishes a scientific operational loop of "Diagnose-Decide-Execute". This enables it to systematically address complex pipeline challenges intractable for conventional methods, representing a new paradigm in the future of intelligent pipeline operations and maintenance.
“经纬”管道智能运维双体系统 (GEO-NAV Pipeline Intelligence System) 是一套颠覆传统单机作业模式的异构双体机器人解决方案。该系统由两款功能高度耦合的机器人组成:勘探机器人“经”(RECON) 负责进入管道进行三维测绘与无损诊断,生成高精度健康报告;作业机器人“纬”(MODEX) 则根据诊断数据,通过快速更换模块化的重型作业前端,对目标问题进行精准的物理清除。通过将精密感知与强力作业在功能和硬件上完全分离,“经纬”系统构建了“诊断-决策-执行”的科学作业闭环,从而能够系统性地解决传统方案难以应对的复杂管道问题,代表了未来管道智能运维的全新范式。
